Ryza is an enriched whole grain brown rice beverage, a wholesome choice for getting the nutrients that are a part of a healthy lifestyle. You can pretty much substitute Ryza in any recipe that calls for milk, whether you are making pancakes, soup or baking.
One of my favorites is to substitute Ryza for milk in my morning smoothie. Ryza does not contain added oils or other added fats, which means Ryza is lower in fat than most other rice beverages that often add oil. Ryza has added calcium, vitamins A, D and B12, and contains natural sources of essential nutrients including thiamin, riboflavin, niacin and phosphorous.
Look for Ryza at your local grocery store and try my morning smoothie.
