Tracy Anderson method is based on targeting the accessory muscles (the small muscle groups). Strengthening the accessory muscles helps to create a tight knit group of small muscles that actually pull in the larger muscle groups.

1 6-ounce boneless chicken breast

2 teaspoons sherry wine vinegar

2 teaspoons honey

1 teaspoon chopped cilantro

Fresh cracked pepper

1/2 mango, peeled and diced

1 tablespoon sliced scallions

1/2 tomato, diced


Grill the chicken for 3 minutes on each side over medium heat.  Removed from the heat.  Cut the chicken into strips.


Make a dressing by whisking together a teaspoon of water with the vinegar, honey, cilantro, and pepper.


Toss the chicken well with the mango, scallions, tomato, and dressing.


Portion size: recipe makes 1 serving
